TIPPR - Save 50% - 90% on local Deals

Have you ever heard of Tippr?  I just found it and signed up the other day,  and I'm so glad that I did.  If you live in (or anywhere remotely near) one of the following cities,  you can choose that city as your primary location to receive "deals" from.
