Toffee Apple Dip
This post is in response to Coupon Geek's post here on Apples. I just had to share this recipe. It's one of our favorites, and when you use both the red & green apples it's perfect to take to a Christmas party.
TOFFEE APPLE DIP
5 Red delicious apples (cored & cut into 8 wedges) - I use a slicer like this one.
5 Granny Smith apples (cored & cut into 8 wedges)
**To keep the apples from browning I soak them in pineapple juice, but you can also squeeze some lemon juice on them.
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
