Seventh Avenue - $20 off $20 Purchase

***UPDATE: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS CODE.  NO LONGER VALID..

--Robin

Between now and January 31st, Seventh Avenue is offering $20 off a purchase of $20 or more with promo code SA20.  This appears to apply to all items, including those in their "sale" category.  You still have to pay shipping, but you can probably find some awesome deals with this code.

Don't forget, you can earn 4% cash back on your entire purchase when you shop through Ebates

Just curious if you tried this deal. I'm at the checkout page now & it says my discount has been applied but it's still showing my total as $20.95 when it should be $.95(before shipping & tax).. but then it says it will be finalized after confirmation. So I was just curious as to whether it had worked for you :)

It worked for me last night, but it did show the $20 discount before I proceeded to the final step. If you are not seeing the discount before approving the credit card amount, I would wait. They may have pulled the code. Let me try it again, and I'll update.

So after I commented on your post I tried it anyway (silly, I know.) WELL it still said discount applied, but it wasn't. I contacted cust serv & they basically said, Well it didn't work because it's not a code. So I asked if I could cancel the order because I wasn't interested in paying for it, especially because it said the discount was applied.... ARRGH. It's only $20 but it's the principle of it, ya know? Their site told me a coupon had been entered and now they're saying it's my fault & there's no code. Just puts a bad taste in my mouth.

Ps. I've been corresponding with cust serv thru email, so I am awaiting their reply to see if I am able to cancel it- but anyway if you're still trying to reach them try email :)

Shell..
I am so sorry this happened to you. I did not post it until after I had tried it and was convinced that it was accurate. (I was able to see the discount before checkout). My guess is they decided to pull it after so many uses. Please let me know what happens. Thank you.

Robin-
Don't worry I don't blame you in the least! Still no word from them... my hope is that they are just closed on the weekend. I'll let you know when/if they respond. Thanks for posting this anyway for those who were able to do it before it got pulled! :)

Shell..
I called customer service during their normal business hours and rec'd a recording that indicated I was not calling during business hours (go figure). I can tell you that I definitely have a lower opinion of this company. Most businesses of this type have a very generous cancellation policy as long as the item has not shipped...but they seem to make it impossible to cancel....grrr.. I just so hate that this happened. Please keep me posted!!
