I was just looking around the Gerber website and found this helpful online tool. Click Here to access the Gerber "Start Your Child off Right - Start Healthy/Stay Healthy" Menu Planner. It allows you to use generated menus or create your own. It even lets you know when your menu meets the recommended nutrition guidelines for your child's age.
