I have a question- how/when can you stack manufacturer's coupons on 1 item? I was unaware that you could do this. I know you can stack an ecoupon & printed coupon, but how can I know when and how many I can stack?

It depends on the store policy. You are right that some grocery stores (including Kroger and their affilate stores) allow you to stack a manuf. coupon with an ecoupon. The 3 sources for these coupons are Cellfire, Kroger website and Shortcuts.com. Note, however, that while your manf. coupon will double at KRoger, the ecoupon will not.
Many grocery stores allow you to also stack a manf. coupon with store coupon. And Publix will even accept certain competitor's store coupons. (Each Publix store specifys who they consider to be their competitors).
